New Castle man facing charges after allegedly shooting a woman
One man is behind bars after allegedly shooting at a woman's car and striking her in the arm.

NEW CASTLE, Pa. - One man is behind bars after allegedly shooting at a woman's car and striking her in the arm in New Castle April 6.
David Morales-Fernandez allegedly fired several gunshots at the victim's car along Altman Road in the Harbor Heights Housing Complex. The female victim was struck in the left forearm.
Morales-Fernandez did admit to shooting at the car. However, he said he didn't know the victim was inside at the time, according to New Castle police.
He was found with a 9mm handgun and is facing charges of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and criminal mischief.
The New Castle Police Department released a statement about the incident and arrest on Facebook.
