A new business is looking to move into the former Mashorda's Gardens location in Austintown.

But before you get too excited... the new business will be competing with five other businesses along the Mahoning Avenue corridor on the west side of the township with similar services.

Tommy's Express Car Wash, a chain car wash, currently has one location in Toledo but is looking to open a location at 5633 Mahoning Avenue.

According to the company's website, they have or will have locations in 35 states, with services priced between $8 to $18, and monthly unlimited plans as well.

The proposed project start date to begin building is July 1.
