The YO Spotlight Summer Concert scheduled for Wednesday from noon until 2 pm has been canceled because of the risk of rain, according to a spokesperson for the event.

The free outdoor concert series will resume next Wednesday at Spring Commons Park at the B&O Station.

The concert series is sponsored by the Youngstown Parks Department.
