Campbell man accused of sending unwanted voicemails, letters to Poland woman

POLAND, Ohio - A Campbell man is behind bars after allegedly sending unwanted voicemails and letters for a woman in Poland.
According to a criminal complaint filed in the Struthers Municipal Court, 66-year-old Mark Domanich left multiple phone calls and voicemails on the victim's cell phone and sent letters to her between March and August of 2023.
According to the complaint, Domanich was a former patient of the victim who allegedly reached out to her wanting to talk with one of her colleagues. The complaint states that even after he was told by the victim never to call her again, he called her again the next day and even left a voicemail.
The complaint was filed once the victim found out that Domanich allegedly sent a letter to her mother's address. At that point, police contacted Domanich and told him not to contact the victim or her mother again.
According to the complaint, unwanted communication began again in August when another letter was sent to the victim's mother's house by Domanich, which allegedly mentioned the victim's son and her family.
Domanich also allegedly sent an email to the victim, to which she replied asking him again to stop contacting her.
Following another complaint to police, a third letter was allegedly sent to the victim's mother.
Domanich is currently in the Mahoning County Jail and is charged with menacing by stalking .
