Neshannock police are asking for help locating the owners of a dog that was abandoned at a boat launch parking lot on Kings Chapel Road.

The dog, a male Chihuahua, was found inside of a small pet taxi that was covered in frost due the temperature outside.

According to a news release, police believe the dog was abandoned the night before or in the early hours today.
