Penguin basketball in Horizon League quarterfinals

Both teams play Thursday

The Youngstown State men's & women's basketball teams play in the Horizon League quarterfinals Thursday.

Jerrod Calhoun's team host Cleveland State at 7:00 pm while the women play at second seed Green Bay.

The men's team split with the Vikings (19-11) during the regular season, beating them at home, 94-69 and losing on the road. 81-73. This will be the 104th game in the series

The YSU women lost both games to the Phoenix during the regular season, 85-74 at Green Bay and 71-59 at home.

The women tip off at 6:30 pm & the men at 7:00 pm.
