Cavs Mitchell sideline at least one more week with nasal fracture
He had a procedure Tuesday at Cleveland Clinic

Donovan Mitchell had a procedure done Tuesday at the Cleveland Clinic after sustaining a nasal fracture Sunday against Houston.
According to the Cavaliers he'll be reevaluated in one week and his status will be updated.
The Cavs host Miami Wednesday night.
