New signs have been spotted around the Salem Regional Hospital urging its leaders to put "Patients over profits."
That's the message the nurse's union at Salem Regional has for the hospital as the two work through negotiations.
The union says their contracts are set to expire on April 20th.
They are meeting with the hospital this week to discuss their proposal.
Union leaders say they want to ensure safe patient care, while attracting the most qualified R-N's to work at Salem Regional.
