SLIDESHOW AND VIDEO: Emaciated dog found zip tied in crate in Youngstown
Employees of a nearby business arrived at work and found the dog who was frightened, cold, emaciated and sitting in his own waste.
The Mahoning County Dog Warden is looking for information after an emaciated dog was found in Youngstown early Monday morning.
A video (shown below) posted to Facebook by the Mahoning County Dog Warden shows an SUV drop the dog off near a parking lot at the corner of Riblett Road and North Meridian Road. The video was captured shortly after 4:00 a.m. Monday.
Towards the end of the video the dog can be heard barking. You can see pictures of the dog in the slideshow above.
When employees arrived at work that morning, they found the dog who the dog warden said was frightened, cold, emaciated and sitting in his own waste.
