People that travel in  Mahoning and Trumbull counties will get a chance to have their voices heard about how safe it is.

The Eastgate Regional Council of Governments has released a public survey for people to voice their concerns about road safety in the area.

Some of the things the organization wants to know about include mode of transportation and if the roadways in this area are safe.

It also asks how concerned you are about certain things that impact travel like impaired drivers, distracted driving and aggressive driving.

21 News has reached out to Eastgate to find out more about the survey and what the data collected will be used for in the future.

Those interested in participating can do so here.
