Second suspect wanted in connection to deadly 2022 shooting at Youngstown gas station

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown Police have issued a warrant for a second suspect in the deadly shooting of a 26-year-old male at a gas station on the city's south side back in 2022.
According to court records, 33-year-old Zachary Bair is currently wanted on a warrant for one count of murder.
Youngstown Police Captain Jason Simon confirmed with 21 News this charge is in connection with the deadly shooting of 26-year-old Devin Bell back in December of 2022.
Bair is the second suspect charged in this case with the first being 31-year-old Akeem Hargrove. Hargrove has not been convicted in this shooting yet with his next court date being August 28 and a jury trial scheduled for September 9.
Police believe Hargrove and Bair to have been the two males wearing all black clothing and ski masks fleeing the scene.
Captain Simon tells 21 News new evidence came up recently pointing to Bair as the second suspect in this shooting and charges were filed after consultation with the Prosecutor's Office.
Bair has not been arrested at this time, Simon warns the public that he is to be considered armed and dangerous.
