Youngstown police ask for help locating missing 16-year-old
The 16-year-old has been missing since Monday from the city's East Side.

The Youngstown Police Department is asking for the public's help to locate a missing juvenile.
Police say 16-year-old Jody Lowe has been reported missing and was last seen leaving a home on the city's East Side on Monday.
Lowe has blond hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, a Barbie hoodie, black jeans, and black shoes.
If you have any information on the child's whereabouts, contact the Youngstown Special Victims Unit at 330-743-9380 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays or the YPD non-emergency line at 330-742-8929.
