The Youngstown Fire Department is on scene on the city's south side battling a large fire.
Initial calls for the structure fires went out around 5 p.m. for two homes in the 300 block of E Auburndale Avenue.
It's unclear if the homes are occupied or vacant.
Smoke from the fire filled the sky over Youngstown with a 21 News crew reporting seeing it from the north side.
