A pickup truck crashed into a Hubbard home with such force, that one of its front wheels went through a basement wall.

One person was injured after the pickup truck crashed into the house on the east side of Hubbard early Friday.

Just before 4 a.m., dispatchers were told that the truck splintered a utility pole before running into the side of the home at the corner of Creed and Corll Streets.

Photos taken from the home's basement show the front passenger side wheel of the truck poking through the block wall.  No one in the home was injured.

Another nearby home was also damaged.

Dispatchers tell 21 News that one person was taken to a hospital.
