YOUNGSTOWN - The convicted triggerman in the shooting death of a Struthers 4-year-old boy will be sentenced Monday afternoon.

Twenty-one-year-old Brandon Lee Crump Jr. is scheduled to appear before Mahoning County Common Pleas Court Judge Anthony D’Apolito at 2:30 p.m. for sentencing on charges of three counts of aggravated murder, four counts of attempted murder, four counts of felonious assault, burglary, robbery, and conspiracy.

Since a gun was used in the crime, more prison time will be added to Crump's sentence.

A jury found Crump guilty of the charges in February following a trial for the September 21, 2020, invasion of a Perry Street home when 4-year-old Rowan Sweeney was fatally shot, and four other people were wounded.

Earlier this month 24-year-old Andre McCoy was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison on one count of murder.

Twenty-seven-year-old Kimonie Bryant was sentenced to 20 years to life in prison on one count of aggravated murder.
