Morrison was originally charged with aggravated murder and murder and gross abuse of a corpse while possessing criminal tools.

He was also charged with tampering with evidence and two three-year firearm specifications for allegedly using a gun.

Police say Morrison murdered and hid his wife, Tiffany Morrison, in a shed in the backyard of a home on Shadyside Avenue
