Grand jury declines to indict second suspect in Lover's Lane murder
A Trumbull County grand jury has declined to indict a second man arrested in connection with the murder of a 35-year-old man in a home in Warren.
The grand jury on Tuesday returned what’s known as a “no bill” in the case of Donovan Adams, who had been charged with complicity to commit aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, and tampering with evidence.
The decision comes more than two months after the grand jury handed up a no-bill in the case of Kyair Kyser who had been accused of fatally shooting 35-year-old Howard Dorsey in a home on Lover's Lane near Northwest Boulevard.
A caller told dispatchers she saw two people running out of the house after shots were fired. Police found Dorsey lying on the dining room floor. He was taken to the hospital where he later died
A spokesman for the county prosecutor's office tells 21 News that it's not known if investigators have any other suspects being pursued.
