The Canfield girl's basketball team came up short in the Division IV Regional Semifinal Wednesday night.

The Cardinals fell to Streetsboro 51-45 at Canton Memorial Fieldhouse.

Jenna Triveri led Canfield with 16 in the loss. Carly Fleming added 11 and Marina Koenig had seven.

Canfield finishes with a 23-3 overall record and crowned district champions.

Streetsboro moves on to play Shaker Heights Laurel in Saturday's Regional Final.
