Warren man arrested for allegedly sending pictures of private areas to 13-year-old

An arrest has been made regarding the 28-year-old Warren man accused of sending pictures of his private areas to a teenager.
Dominic Rogers, 28, of Warren, has been arrested and charged with one count of disseminate matter harmful to juveniles (F5).
Rogers is set to appear in Warren Municipal Court on Friday.
According to the Trumbull County Sheriff's Booking website, Rogers is being held at a $3,500 bond.
Rogers allegedly sent inappropriate images to a 13-year-old girl via Snapchat between November 1, 2024, and January 1, 2025, according to a Warren Police Department report.
The girl's mother reported the incident to police on January 21 after learning what had happened. The report states that the girl initially sent Rogers a picture of her breasts at his request. The girl unfriended Rogers but later “re-friended” him, at which point he allegedly began sending her pictures of his private areas.
The complaint and warrant in the case were filed by the prosecutor's office on Tuesday, according to court records.
