There will be a good deal of sunshine out there again on Thursday, although that sun maybe be filtered by some cirrus clouds at times. Overall, it will be a good day to be outdoors with high temperatures in the mid-80s. A front slowly moving into the area could lead to a stray shower this evening, but most of the area will stay dry.

Clouds will thicken overnight, and a mix of sun and clouds is expected on Friday. A front stationed over the region will lead to scattered showers and thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon and evening. Rain chances will be higher on Saturday, with showers likely at times throughout the day and maybe a few heavy downpours.

Unfortunately, more rain is in the forecast for Father's Day on Sunday. It will not be as damp of a day as Saturday, but showers and thunderstorms will still be around at times with high temperatures in the upper 70s. Showers will taper off Sunday evening.

High temperatures will return to the low 80s during the first half of next week. Partial sunshine is expected on Monday and Tuesday with a slight chance for an afternoon shower on both days.
