The Warren teacher accused of stalking his ex-girlfriend is back in jail.

39-year-old Dominic Leone was under house arrest since his arraignment last Friday. But he was taken back to jail when the company monitoring Leone lost contact with him.

Leone's attorney says his client did not violate his bond and that the ankle bracelet used to monitor Leone wasn't working properly.

Leone is due back in court Tuesday.
