YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio- A Youngstown woman is accused of endangering children after she was allegedly seen dropping her four-month-old baby on an icy road.

Police arrested Christina Gradillas, 30, Thursday after reports that she was walking along Midlothian Boulevard carrying the child and falling down repeatedly.

Gradillas told officers the child had fallen at home and she was taking him to a friend's house to get a ride to the doctor.

Officers said Gradillas had what appeared to be a crack pipe in her brassiere and was twitching.

They notified Mahoning County Children's Services.

Gradillas was charged with endangering children and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
