YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – On Thursday, the Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted a Youngstown couple for child endangering charges.

Tommy Murphy of Wynchwood Lane is charged with beating his wife's 9-year-old son New Year's Eve. He faces one count of felonious assault and three counts of endangering children.
