GREENFORD, Ohio - A Green township man is under arrest and charged with aggravated rape.
Goshen Police took 45-year old Robert Seman Junior into custody Saturday following the investigation into the alleged rape of a 9-year old girl.
The victim's mother contacted authorities after her daughter told her that Seman had sexual contact with her several times.
Seman is scheduled for arraignment in Mahoning County Court in Sebring on Thursday morning.
