YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown woman who went to prison for raping a 1-year-old boy fifteen years ago is in trouble with the law again.
The Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted 32-year-old Nicole Harris for failing to register as a sex offender.
In August of 2002, Harris, 18 at the time, pleaded guilty in Trumbull County Court to one count of rape.
Investigators say Harris confessed to raping the boy while she was babysitting him in 2001.
According to the indictment, Harris failed to notify the Mahoning County Sheriff's Department of her new address.
Failing to register is a felony under Ohio law.
Harris is being held in the Mahoning County jail.
