Police identify man killed in Warren crash
A fatal traffic accident shut down a portion of East Market Street Thursday afternoon.Witnesses say a pickup truck ran a stop sign at the intersection with Kenmore Avenue NE, and ran into a van at around 2 p.m.

WARREN, Ohio - Warren police have released the name of the man who was killed in an accident on East Market Street Thursday afternoon.
Police say 53 year-old Gregory Thomas of Warren ran a stop sign at the intersection with Kenmore Avenue NE, and crashed into a van at around 2 p.m.
The passenger of the vehicle, 35 year-old Robyn Smeltzer of Girard, and the driver of the van were not injured.
The fatal accident shut down a portion of East Market Street.
Sources are trying to determine if the driver of the pickup might have passed out behind the wheel before the crash.
