Campbell man indicted on fifty child porn charges

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Campbell man faces fifty serious charges in connection with a child pornography investigation.
The Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted Jason Gruber, 36, on Thursday.
All fifty charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor are felonies.
Gruber was arrested by the Ohio Attorney General's Crimes Against Children Unit and the Mahoning County Sheriff's Office in February after serving a search warrant on Gruber's Woodland Avenue home where electronic devices were seized.
According to the indictment, Gruber accepted and offered to distribute obscene material involving children.
The Crimes Against Children Unit is part of the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, and assists law enforcement agencies throughout the state in investigating cases involving juvenile victims.
