Out of caution, Aldi has voluntarily recalled several products due to possible Listeria contamination.
The grocery chain has removed Millville Protein Chewy Bar products, varieties of Southern Grove products, and Season's Choice and SimplyNature frozen vegetable items.
The Millville products include two types of protein chewy bars, the peanut butter and dark chocolate and peanut, almond and dark chocolate.
The store says no other Millville products have been affected.
The Southern Grove products affected by the recall are the 10.5 ounce bags of Southern Grove Roasted and Salted Sunflower Kernels and Roasted and Unsalted Sunflower Kernels with best by dates of February 28, 2017; March 1, 2017; March 2, 2017 and March 4, 2017.
Aldi has also recalled 16 ounce bags of frozen sweet peas and frozen sweet corn, as well as 12 ounce steamable mixed vegetable products made by Season's Choice. The products being recalled include all sell by and best by dates.
Affected Season's Choice products were sold in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Iowa and Missouri.
SimplyNature products that have been affected by the recall include, 16 ounce bags of organic mixed vegetables and organic sweet corn sold between February 11 and May 3.
All recalled products should be thrown away immediately or returned to a local Aldi store for a full refund.
