A woman with a license to carry a concealed weapon tells Youngstown police she had her gun taken away from her when she pulled it out on someone aiming a gun at her.
The 21-year-old woman told officers she and a companion were leaving the Uptown area just after midnight Thursday when she was confronted by two men who she knows.
She told police that one of the men pulled a pistol out of his pants and pointed it at her.
She says she reached for her Pink, 9mm semi-automatic pistol which she is licensed to carry.
According to the report, the men then attacked her, throwing her to the ground.
One man choked her while the other stepped on her hand holding the gun and taking it away, the woman said.
The woman reported that the man who took the gun said he would kill her if he told police.
The report says the stolen gun has been entered into the Law Enforcement Automated Data System,
