YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A teen who was found safe recently after running away last month has been reported missing again.

De'Angelo Hogan, 15, has been missing since August 17 after officials said he ran away from his foster family for the second time.

He has lived at the foster home in Youngstown since January.

His mother, who lives in Warren, has been reaching out on Facebook to help find her son.

Officials said Hogan has a severe bee allergy and is required to have an Epi-Pen with him at all times.

He also requires Adderall twice a day for his ADHD and PTSD. 

De’Angelo is 5’7” 126 pounds. His hair is styled with short locks on top and cut close on the sides and back.
