Two teens, an adult, and a toddler were killed in Ashtabula when their car was struck by a pickup truck that failed to stop at an intersection, according to State Troopers who say alcohol or drugs appear to be a factor in the crash.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol identified the victims of Friday night's crash as the driver of the Toyota Corolla, 18-year-old Giovanni Miller, as well as passengers 19-year-old Anastasia Smith, their 22-month-old daughter, and 47-year-old Michelle Hommes. All four victims were from Ashtabula.

Troopers say the Toyota was struck by a pickup truck that failed to stop at the stop sign at West 58th Avenue and Adams Avenue.

The driver of the pickup truck, 48-year-old Donte Conard of Ashtabula, received only minor injuries according to investigators.

According to the report, everyone in the Toyota was wearing seatbelts and the toddler was in a child safety seat.
