The entire WFMJ viewing area is under a Winter Weather Advisory until the second half of the day. Quite the messy forecast to go through. We expect quick and hard-hitting snow throughout the morning; 3” to 5” of snow is possible by midday.

The snow should taper off by midday and be followed by freezing rain and sleet. Light rain and drizzle are expected throughout the afternoon and evening. Showers should taper off late tonight.

The end of the work week is looking quiet with highs in the low to mid-40s. Rain is likely over the weekend on both Saturday and Sunday with spring-like temperatures in the 50s.

Stay weather aware throughout the day and download the Storm Tracker 21 app.
