Bun recall involves Walmart, Sam's Club, Aldi, others
Certain buns sold at stores including Walmart, Sam's Club, Aldi, IGA and under names like Wonder and Sunbeam are being recalled because there may be pieces of plastic in the product that could pose a choking hazard.

THOMASVILLE, Georgia - Certain buns sold at stores including Walmart, Sam's Club, Aldi, IGA and under names like Wonder and Sunbeam are being recalled because there may be pieces of plastic in the product that could pose a choking hazard.
Flowers Foods of Thomasville, Georgia announced that it is recalling hamburger and hot dog buns and other bakery products due to the potential presence of small pieces of hard plastic that may have been introduced during production.
The products being recalled were distributed to retail customers under a variety of brand names and distributed in Ohio and seventeen other states.
The company says there have been no related injuries or illnesses have been reported.
Following is a list of the products, UPC numbers, "best by" dates, and the first three digits of the lot number for the products involved in this recall.
People are advised not to eat the buns but either throw them out or return them to the place of purchase for a refund.
