JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Mahoning County, Ohio - The 800 or so drivers who use South Lipkey Road in Mahoning County face a detour this week.

The county engineer reports that South Lipkey will be closed between Kirk Road and Shaffer Road between Monday, July 22, 2019, and Tuesday, July 23, 2019, for a culvert replacement.

The closure moves to a stretch of South Lipkey Road between New Road and Shaffer Road from Wednesday, July 24, 2019, to Friday, August 2, 1019.

The recommended detour in both cases is New Road to Route 45, to Kirk Road.
