HORSHAM, Pa. - A popular brand of cookies sold at Walmart and other popular grocery stores has issued a voluntary recall on some of their cookies.

According to the release, Entenmann's Little Bites Soft Baked Cookies (5 pack Mini Chocolate Chip variety) have been recalled due to the possibility of blue plastic pieces in the packaging pouch.

The plastic pieces have not been reported in the products but inside of the packaging.

The potential of a choking hazard caused the recall.

The company says that Entenmann's Little Bites Muffins or any other Entenmann's products are not affected.

The following product is recalled:

Entenmann’s Little Bites Soft Baked Chocolate Chip Cookies (5pk) with the best buy dates August 31,2019 and September 7,2019 with the UPC Code 7203002378 and Lot Code 1350.

The recalled products were sold in 37 states, including Ohio and Pennsylvania.
