GROVE CITY, Pa. - Video of people spray painting graffiti on the wall of Grove City High school has led to the arrest of three teenagers.

Police say the incident occurred in mid-August, but no one reported it until one month later when a video of the vandalism surfaced.

Following an investigation, police charged two boys, ages 16 and 17, both from Grove City, as well as a 17-year-old girl from New Castle.

The teens face Juvenile Court charges of institutional vandalism, possession of an instrument of crime, and criminal conspiracy.

Grove City police have not released the names of the juveniles.
