WARREN, Ohio - A warren man who police say told them he would create a blood bath at a local hospital was arraigned in court.
Albert Stefek, 48, appeared in court on Tuesday, facing charges of criminal trespassing and menacing.
According to police, Stefek was at the Trumbull Regional Medical Center around 5 a.m. Monday and refused to leave after being discharged.
