A Bristolville man injured when his car rolled over in Milton Township early Friday was also involved in an earlier crash that claimed two lives.

State Troopers have cited 33-year-old Gregory Barnhart with OVI and failure to control after his car careened into a ditch just after 12:30 am on I-76 westbound, near the Lake Milton exit.

Barnhart was thrown from his car which was heavily damaged.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is conducting an investigation, and they believe drugs may have been involved.

Troopers say Barnhart was also involved in a double fatal crash on North Pricetown Road two weeks ago.

In that earlier crash, troopers say one of the vehicles went left of center on State Route 534 center before striking the other vehicle head-on.

The driver and passenger of the vehicle that was struck, Howard W. Mounts, 68 and Bradley J. Ronci, 34 of Youngstown, were killed.

Charges are pending in that crash according to the patrol.
