CLEVELAND, Ohio -  A man from Guatemala who was found to be working illegally at a Salem meat processing plant nearly two years ago has been found again living in Columbiana County.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office reports that 22-year-old Samuel Hernandez-Hernandez has been indicted on one charge of illegal reentry into the United States.

Hernandez-Hernandez was removed from the U.S. in February 2019 following an earlier indictment of 13 people arrested in a 2018 raid conducted by immigration officials at the Fresh Mark plant in Salem.
