Woman sentenced for setting Sebring duplex fire
Hale was arrested following a fire early on the morning of January 12th at a duplex on the 300 block of North 16th Street.

YOUNGSTOWN - A woman who authorities say set fire to a duplex in Sebring is headed to prison.
Karlie Rae Hale, 34, of Willard, Ohio, pleaded guilty on Wednesday to one count of aggravated arson. A second arson count was dropped as part of a plea deal.
Judge Maureen Sweeney immediately sentenced Hale to three years in prison.
Hale was arrested following a fire early on the morning of January 12th at a duplex on the 300 block of North 16th Street.
Everyone in the building got out safely, but the building was declared a total loss.
