Mark Hildenbrand of Youngstown took a chance and purchased the Ohio Lottery’s $30 scratch-off, Fastest Road to $1 Million, and won the game’s $1-million annuity top prize.
He purchased his winning ticket at Brookfield Drive-In in Masury.
Mark chose the $500,000 cash option prize equivalent and will receive approximately $360,000 after federal and state tax withholdings.
Odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 240,000.
