Suspect confesses to bank robbery in Warren
Warren police investigators say they tracked down and arrested the suspect in Tuesday's robbery of TCF bank.

Warren police say 36-year-old Charles Herald confessed to hitting up a bank in the city on Tuesday.

Warren police track down a suspect in connection to a bank robbery at TCF bank on Tuesday.
The incident happened Tuesday at the bank at the Warren Plaza off of Elm Road.
Police say Charles Herald, 36, of Newton Falls, confessed to taking $2,800.
Herald is accused of giving a bank teller a note and then leaving with the money.
Herald told police he bought auto parts, lunch and a bag of marijuana with the money.
He was arrested Friday.
Herald remains in the Trumbull County Jail on a robbery charge.
