GROVE CITY, Pa. - A driver was cited for running into the Grove City Community Library Sunday morning.

Police say 73-year-old Nancy Kowalski slipped her foot off the brake onto the gas while parking her vehicle in front of the library and struck the building just after 10 a.m.

Library managers said this is not the first time their building has been hit by a car.

They said the library will continue business as usual as far as curbside appointments and its reopening plan.

Kowalski was not injured.

She was cited with Careless Driving as a result of the crash.
