HUBBARD, Ohio - Agents from the Ohio Investigative Unit have cited a Hubbard nightspot for alleged violations of the state’s orders put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Undercover officers say they witnessed a violation at the New Manhattan Bar and Grill on Hubbard Masury road on Monday.
Cited for improper conduct – disorderly activity, agents say they saw approximately 100 patrons crowded inside the business.
There were no social distancing measures in place and patrons were intermingling with other social groups throughout the building, according to agents.
The case will go before the Ohio Liquor Control Commission for potential penalties, including fines or the suspension or revocation of liquor permits.
