Feds charge Niles man with Howland, Warren bank robberies
A federal grand jury has handed up indictments charging a Niles man with robbing banks in Warren and Howland.

YOUNGSTOWN - A federal grand jury has handed up indictments charging a Niles man with robbing banks in Warren and Howland.
Thirty-eight-year-old Patrick Marsh faces two counts of bank robbery.
According to the indictment, Marsh robbed the Chase Bank in Howland on December 21, and the TCF Branch on Elm Road in Warren on February 2.
According to Howland police, the suspect passed a note to the Chase Bank teller asking for money and indicating that he had a weapon, however, no weapon was seen.
Just two days after the TCF branch robbery, the FBI arrested Marsh during a search of his Fenton Avenue home by task force members and Warren Police.
According to police, Marsh confessed to robbing the TCF Bank branch.
