Happy kids take part in drive-thru Easter Egg Hunt

A drive-thru Easter Egg Hunt in Youngstown let people enjoy holiday traditions while helping them stay safe.
Victoria Allen, President of the ICU BlockWatch Group came up with the idea since last years event had to be cancelled due to COVID-19.
Hundreds of people drove kids to the Horizon Science Academy for the event as the lines of cars kept coming.
At the first location, kids got bags of candy as well as plastic Easter eggs.
if children got an egg with a certain color code on it they could go to Conroy's Party Shop, Southside Recycling, Saint Dominic's Church or Valley Christian Schools.
Gifts including bikes, tablets, bluetooth earbuds, basketballs, footballs, coloring books, books, bubble wands were given to 340 kids.
Allen said they could not do this without around 50 volunteers, and Youngstown Police providing traffic control.
Over one thousand bags of candy were given away along with 340 prizes.
