A man has died after New Castle police said he had been shot, then crashed the vehicle he was driving into a pole.

A man has died after New Castle police said he had been shot, then crashed the vehicle he was driving into a pole.
Police said 22-year-old Darius Ramsey was shot while driving on Neshannock Avenue near the apartment complex.
He was taken to the hospital before officers arrived where he was pronounced dead, according to police.
Police said they got video of the incident and the district attorney was able to determine that it was a justifiable homicide.
Another man was identified and taken into custody.
He is now in the Lawrence County Jail on gun-related charges, but there is no word yet on exact suspect in the case.
