WARREN, Ohio - A Warren man faces charges after police say the car he was driving flipped over on a city street.

Police say 20-year-old Keyshawn Busch was behind the wheel of a Kia Sportage that struck a tree and flipped over along Belvedere Ave. SE Tuesday night.

According to the police report, an officer smelled alcohol on Busch’s breath and asked him to take a blood alcohol test once he got to the hospital for treatment of injures described as minor.

Busch refused, according to the report, and was cited for OVI refusal and failure to maintain control of his vehicle.

He’s scheduled to answer the charges in Warren Municipal Court on Thursday.
