BUTLER TWP., Columbiana Co., Ohio - A Salem man has been arrested following a felony OVI charge.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol pulled over 33-year-old Aaron Teis Saturday at 9:32 p.m. on Georgetown Road near Valley Road in Butler Township.

Troopers say Teis was stopped for a speed violation and was put through field sobriety tests.

According to the release, Teis refused a breath test, but a warrant for blood was obtained and results are pending.

Troopers say Teis has been arrested for OVI four times in 10 years.

He was cited for felony OVI, felony refusal, speed and seatbelt violations, and distracted driving.

Teis was taken to the Columbiana County Jail following the incident.

He faces up to five years in prison if convicted.
