YOUNGSTOWN - The Youngstown Fire Department has confirmed that a body has been found in McKelvey Lake after a jet skier went missing. 

Divers returned to McKelvey Lake early Friday to continue the search for the missing skier. 

The jet skier was identified as 30-year-old Nikolas Rasey.

They discovered the body around 5 p.m. in the area where Rasey went missing. 

Police and firefighters got on scene around 8:30 p.m. Thursday, in the area of the bridge over Jacobs Road, which was closed off to traffic.

His friend then called 911 for help.

The search was suspended Thursday night because of darkness.
